Hello, everyone. It’s been a while since my last post. TBH, I was mentally recovering from the Presidential election, as I’m sure many of you were, too. I think I’m finally beginning to feel better about things. Normally I don’t talk about politics here, but I have to make an exception for this past election. Who you voted for is your business. Maybe your candidate won, and maybe not. Either way, things are what they are, and the best thing all of us can do, is try to live with the results, keep our eyes open and our ears posted. If you start seeing things you don’t agree with, write or call your Senator and Congressman (or Congresswoman) and tell them how you feel.
On a related note, I decided to leave X, formerly known as Twitter. I’ve actually been thinking about leaving for quite some time now, and this election gave me the final push I needed. This week, I posted my final tweet, and two days later, I deleted my account. That’s one less piece of negativity in my life. And yes, I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
It’s time to get back to work, and back to writing. Woolaston Entertainment has a birthday coming up (the big three-oh). I’m rounding out the ending of Barrin Heights. Plus, I’m making plans for next year. With only roughly five and a half weeks left in the year, I want to end on a high note.
See you again in a few days. 🙂
