My favorite indie author did an amazing thing recently: she released a brand new series in the form of short novellas! And, she released a new volume in this series, once a week! Three weeks have passed in July so far, so there are three volumes of the series, Lucia and the Saints, available on Amazon, in the form of ebooks. And let me tell you: this series is GOOD.

Lucia and the Saints is a prequel to the Valentine .  It traces the beginning of the Syndicate (that network of criminals Val Entienne and company are all part of). It also reveals how John Rafferty, Valentine’s primary enemy, got started as a mob boss. If you haven’t read any of the books in the series (they’re only 25-31 pages so far, and the ebooks are only 99 cents each), there may be SPOILERS AHEAD!!!
