Its hard to believe, but a series I created on a whim is turning fifteen this year. The first book in the Valentine series was published on March 27, 2010 (it would have been cool if I had published it just one month earlier, but c’est la vie). The fifteen year mark is coming up, and with February being the month in which we celebrate Valentine’s Day, I thought I’d kick things off a little early. Also happening this year: the publication of the LAST VALENTINE BOOK EVER. Yes, the last one. The third and final book in the Valentine R series will come out within the next few months. I’m currently fleshing out the chapters. It’s a little hard to imagine the series will finally come to a close, but I’m going to make sure it goes out with a bang.

Val Entienne has come a long way from the girl who wanted to rescue her father from a mob boss. She has become everyone’s hero and a leader. Though mostly fearless, she has her moments when she’s uncertain of herself, but that’s one of the reasons why she’s she a great character. There’s a current total of 18 books (soon to be 19) across four series, which includes spin-offs and prequels. I’m not complete sure of how to celebrate both Val and her books, but I’m leaning towards releasing the original handwritten versions of Valentine and Valentine 2: Mark of the Valkyrie. Both were combined to create the first published book, but I may publish the original versions online on the WE Patreon Page.
